The brief
The salon arranged appointments by phone and messages. That means breaking off mid-cut to answer a call, clients who cannot ring during opening hours, and no record of who booked what. They needed an app where the client sees what is free and books it themselves, and the salon gets every appointment in one place.
What I built
- Booking in a few taps: pick a date, a time and a stylist
- Live view of open slots, so there is no need to phone the salon
- Service catalogue with descriptions — cuts, blow-dries, colour, treatments
- Pick a preferred stylist and follow their availability
- Push reminders for upcoming appointments, changes and offers
- User profile with visit history and Supabase-backed sign-in
- Gallery of work from the salon
- Published to Google Play and the App Store under the salon account
Result
The app is live on both platforms and has passed 100 downloads on Google Play. Clients book outside the salon opening hours, and appointments land in one place instead of accumulating across calls and messages.
