A specialist dental centre with no website at all now has a presence that matches the standard of care it provides.

The brief
The centre had no website. Patients found them by word of mouth, and anything they wanted to know beforehand — which treatments are offered, who is on the team, what a course of treatment involves — had to be asked over the phone. They needed a site as professional as the practice itself, because with healthcare the first impression carries the trust.
What I built
- Design and development of the whole site — first sketch through to launch
- Six areas of dentistry, each explained on its own
- The team and the treatment rooms
- Treatment in four steps: consultation, plan, treatment, follow-up
- Answers to the questions patients ask most
- A booking prompt carried throughout the site
- Dentist structured data for local search and maps
Result
The centre now has an address where a patient can see what is offered, who provides it and what treatment involves before making the first call. Treatments are separated by area, so someone looking for implantology does not have to dig through general copy, and the Dentist structured data means the practice can surface in local search and on maps.
